The DMZ 300 is an adjustable, releasing, and sturdy tubular Torque Wrench with a spigot end that is designed for use in various industries and trades. It is suitable for controlled screw tightening in the most common range of (60 to 300) N·m / (45 to 220) lbf·ft. This tool is classified according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 Type II Class A and with a maximum permissible deviation of +/- 3%

This Torque Wrench is designed for controlled bi-directional tightening and has a sturdy, varnished tubular steel construction with a phosphated spigot end (Ø 16 mm or Ø 22 mm) and high-grade plastic parts. The ergonomic plastic handgrip is designed with a calibration aid, while the change-over between N·m main scale and lbf·ft ancillary scale helps to avoid reading errors when setting the torque wrench. The micrometer scale on the main N·m scale allows for setting interim values.

The release system of the DMZ 300 triggers a tactile and audible signal, and the ergonomic system for torque adjustment has a reference symbol. The wrench has a provision for rapid setting with a hexagon allen key, not included, and a secured adjusting/setting system. The working calibration pitch is 32 mm (Ø 16 mm), and the tool can only be operated with end fittings with standardized depth gauges; otherwise, inaccuracies can arise. Depending on the application, access is possible from the front (e.g. open-end fitting) or side (e.g. reversible ratchet and socket).
