227-221-20 Mitutoyo Absolute Disk Micrometer

The 227-221-20 ABSOLUTE Quickmike disc micrometer uses flat discs constructed of hardened steel, in our own Japanese factory, to measure lengths of spur and helical gears. The non-rotating spindle prevents workpiece deformation and wear by reducing torque on parts being measured. The flatness and thinness of the discs allow for reliable measurements in tight spaces. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements and eliminates over-speed error.

It comes with one year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
