CUSTOMER INSTRUMENTS DISPOSAL POLICY

MRM Metrology Inc. will dispose of all customers’ instruments in its possession after four months of receipt.
MRM Metrology Inc. will not bear any responsibility or liability for the disposal of any such customers’ instruments after the four-month period expires.

It is the sole responsibility of MRM’s customers to make sure that such instruments are returned to their facility within the four-month period.
MRM will make every effort to facilitate the expeditious return of all customers’ instruments.
